C10 (The committee of 10) is a group of five fans of each of the two teams making the Rocky Mountain Cup rivalry. The members of C10 are the costodians of the Cup – obligated to protect the Cup, protect the integrity of the competition, and make the Cup available to fans of both teams. When a member steps down, the remaining four members from the appropriate state pick a new replacement.
